If you're traveling to Rishiri, you should definitely stay at Hotel Island Inn Rishiri, and the breakfast was amazing. I was impressed by the dishes that made full use of ingredients from Hokkaido! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to travel to Rishiri. You can eat breakfast while looking at the ocean.
