There are public transport stops nearby🚶, and you need to take a vehicle to reach the main attractions in the city center, but the hotel's location is relatively quiet.🕊️ 🚪🏰This hotel is converted from an 18th-century villa. Although the decor is somewhat outdated, it exudes a touch of old-fashioned elegance.🎨The hotel is small, rooms are simple, and some facilities may need updating🛁. The front desk service is not the best and could be improved, but fortunately, the pool area🏊 has a bar and snack area, which helps relieve some travel fatigue.🍹 🏨🌿Our room was a bit small but very clean. The best part was the beautiful view of Vatican City from the room window. Although the bathroom facilities are somewhat aged, such as the floor flooding during showers, overall it was acceptable🛁. The bed might be a bit hard for some, but for those who sleep well, it’s not a big issue😴. Other room amenities were fairly complete, though the minibar without a price list was a bit confusing🍹. 🍝🌞The breakfast provided by the hotel was abundant, and the view from the top-floor restaurant was wonderful, making for an energetic start to the day. Note that the hotel’s restaurant options are relatively limited, but nearby eateries like Bar Palomba and Lume - Osteria Alle Scalette are quite good🍕. If you don’t want to dine at the hotel, you can also visit small shops around the Garibaldi Fountain to taste authentic Italian cuisine👨‍🍳. By the way, there are many attractions worth visiting near Gianicolo, such as the Basilica of St. Mary and the Roman Forum, and there are several nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance☕. Although the location is not the most convenient, if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Rome, this is definitely the best choice. Maybe I will come again next time, looking forward to more surprises waiting for me🌟.
