It was originally built in 1914 to be a connecting station between Nakhon Si Thammarat Railway Station, Thung Song Junction Railway Station and Hat Yai Junction Railway Station. The doors and windows are wooden louver panels. Above the doors and windows are wooden louvers for ventilation.
