Recently discovered this Spanish restaurant, dinner $458 one person can eat so much, high quality, genuinely affordable. Let’s start with tapas, Iberian Black Pig Ham with oak fruit fed Black Pig, rich and layered meat, with tomato buns fresh and appetizing, perfect match! The beef tartar was fresh enough, seasoned just right, and served with crispy young potatoes for a rich mouthfeel. The mussels have a garlic butter flavor and are served with toast. The Spanish sandwich was amazing! The cheese is melting, the Iberian ham is fragrant, and the black truffle flavor is full of layers. The beef cheek was slowly stewed until soft and flavourful, the mashed potatoes were smooth and perfectly balanced with fresh broccoli and mushrooms. The crowning Spanish seafood rice! The rice is cooked dry and bouncy enough. The seafood includes squid, mussels, mussels and shrimp. The final dessert, Spanish Fried Crisps, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, dipped in smooth chocolate sauce, served with vanilla ice cream, perfect ending!
