🥢Mensho Osaka Ramen Shiojin Sakai Higashi Branch 📍Sakai Higashi, Osaka (5 minutes walk from Sakai Higashi Station) This time I ordered Shiojin's most popular dish, 🍜Yuzu Shio Ramen (880 yen)️📝 The soup has a nice yuzu aroma and a refined taste that spreads in your mouth! It was a light yet deep soup. The chewy noodles are thin and straight and smooth. Toppings include shrimp, char siu, boiled egg, seaweed, and komatsuna. It's nice to see shrimp in it💗 I drank the soup almost to the last drop🙏 It was delicious😋 Thank you for the meal! The potage ramen looked really delicious too. I'm interested in the fried rice and mapo tofu 🍜 ✍️The shop is in the basement, and every time a customer comes, the staff greets them with a cheerful voice ☺️ There's also WiFi, probably because the signal is weak underground!
