The sea in this area is quite quiet and not as crowded as the Pattaya side. This is probably because there are only piers, coffee shops, souvenir shops, and an aquarium that are not as popular as they should be. We went when the rain just stopped, the sky was clear, and the water was slowly rising, making it possible to clearly see Saensuk Island. There are parking lots on both sides of the road.
