The Ancient City of Siam: A Miniature Replica of Thailand's 76 Provinces!

First visit to The Ancient City of Siam during my Bangkok trip, and I was amazed by the sheer size of the park! Initially, I thought it would be easy to walk around, but it turned out to be vast and expansive. However, it was truly worth it, as the park features almost all the iconic buildings and cultural relics from Thailand's 76 provinces, meticulously recreated in a smaller scale. It's like a miniature version of Thailand! The Ancient City covers a huge area. Just walking from the entrance to the ticket booth takes some time. Exploring the park on foot is not recommended; instead, make use of the three transportation options available: bicycles, golf carts, and tram tours. Each comes with different costs, but I personally recommend the golf cart for its ease and novelty. Among the 76 provinces, some of the most notable structures include the Grand Palace of Ayutthaya, the Buddha Footprint Temple in Nakhon Pathom, the Floating Market, the Main Hall of Mahathat Temple in Sukhothai, the Giant Fish, the Arhat Hall, the Elephant Park, and the Infinite Buddha Realm. These are the most popular and photogenic spots. Although the buildings are scaled down, the intricate craftsmanship is impeccable. If you haven't visited all 76 provinces of Thailand, experiencing them in The Ancient City is a great alternative. You can even ride an elephant around the park. It's truly an impressive open-air museum.
