I visited in late May — warm, sunny, but before the peak crowds. [1. Transportation] I flew into Athens, then took a fast ferry to Santorini (~5 hours, ~40€). [2. Attractions] Santorini was stunning with its white-blue domes, sunsets in Oia, and wine tasting in the hills. In Athens, I explored the Acropolis, walked through Plaka, and imagined ancient life beneath my feet. [3. Food] Gyros, souvlaki, Greek salad, and baklava — simple but so fresh and flavorful.
