Not a Hilton

This resorts has nice and well maintained infrastructures but unfortunately the service level is not adequate for a “so called resort”. This morning (9:30 am) we waited for 30 minutes before entering the restaurant for the breakfast (the queue developed from the restaurant door, up to the stairs almost up to the Reception floor). People at the reception was not able to tell us under which name we were registered and therefore we could not access the hotel wifi . It took 24 hours to solve this and repeated attempts ( capitol letters, with spaces, without spaces). Foods and drinks from beach and pool can be ordered only through an application: but no employee was able to help us also those ones working at the bar. So we decided to take ice-creams but they were unable to charge the bill on our rooms. I made two additional attempts going from the beach up to the reception but nobody was able to manage the application. Everybody was kind and educated: they recognized that the application does not work well and it is only in Chinese but what really disappointed us is that nobody helped us. They simply left us with the problem. Finally we ordered the food at the var leaving our phone in the hands of an employee (I did not like it at all but this was the solution). #themepark#zoo#nationalpark#lakes#beaches
