Hainan Vegetarian Hot Pot: I heard locals eat this dish during the Chinese New Year. The broth is made with chicken soup, and the ingredients like bean curd sticks, wood ear mushrooms, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and daylily flowers absorb all the flavor. It's a huge portion, and the broth is so good! Steamed Deep-Sea Yellow Croaker with Yellow Chili Sauce: The presentation of this dish is exquisite. The golden, enticing yellow croaker is tender and juicy, and the unique yellow chili sauce adds a spicy kick without being overpowering. It's delicious and goes great with rice. Fortune Goose Liver: The goose liver, shaped like little gourds, is almost too cute to eat! The texture is smooth and delicate. Now that I've left Sanya, I really miss this place.
