Family Trip to Sanya | Choosing the Right Family-Friendly Hotel Is Key!

The best way to travel with two kids is to relax at the hotel! Kids have fun, and moms can relax. I took my 5-month-old to Sanya to play in the water. A heated pool was my top priority when choosing a hotel. We chose the Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort & Spa 🏨 🏠 Room We stayed in a Deluxe Family Ocean View Suite in Building 5, which had a 2-meter bed and a 1.2-meter crib. The room was decorated in a playful style and even had a small play area, so the little ones could have fun right in the room! The view of the common area from the room was beautiful! 🥣 Food We didn't leave the hotel during our 3-day, 2-night stay. We had breakfast at the Western restaurant. The buffet had a wide variety of options, including local Hainan specialties. For lunch, we had Peking duck at the Fengyuan Chinese Restaurant. I heard they brought in a chef from Beijing, and it really showed—the duck skin was incredibly crispy and fragrant. For dinner, we had to have the seafood barbecue buffet on the beach. There was even a live singer, and the atmosphere was fantastic! There's also a restaurant just for kids—the Bucket Kingdom Restaurant. This kid-themed restaurant is connected to a play area, so you can leave your kids there all day long. 🏊 Pool There are eight pools of all sizes. My favorites were the infinity pool and the heated pool. The infinity pool is perfect for taking photos! The heated pool is a kid's paradise. Even my 5-month-old could enjoy it! 🛷 Kids' Entertainment There's a huge 1,500-square-meter indoor and outdoor children's play area 🎠. There are also various activities available in the indoor children's play area (some are free, and some require a fee). Remember to book in advance. Overall, it was a great experience. I got some beautiful photos, and the kids had a blast 🥳. As for Dad, well, when we're happy, he's happy!
