"Marumi Coffee Stand Sitatte Sapporo" is located in the basement of the commercial facility "Sitatte Sapporo", which is directly connected to the Sapporo Station Underground Walkway. I noticed a sign that said "No. 1 in Roasting Technology in Japan, No. 3 in Appraisal Technology in the World" and when I got closer, I found "Specialty Coffee Soft Serve" made with freshly roasted espresso from Aguacate Farm in Costa Rica😊 The soft serve ice cream is made with rich milk from Hama-naka Town, so I was excited. There are three types of soft serve ice cream: "Specialty Coffee Soft Serve", "Cafe Latte Soft Serve", and "Hokkaido Milk Soft Serve". All are 540 yen. This time, I ordered the "Cafe Latte Soft Serve" which allows me to enjoy two types of ice cream. I recommend this one. A soft serve ice cream with a coffee aroma, smoothness, and a gentle texture. What kind of beans are they using?
