Cherry blossoms shining brightly even on a cloudy day at the University of Washington (Seattle)

This photo was taken inside the University of Washington in Seattle, which I visited on a trip at the end of March 2024. The Somei-yoshino and double-flowered cherry blossoms were in full bloom and the petals were starting to fall. Even though it was cloudy and the rain was about to start, the cherry blossoms bloomed proudly and brilliantly, just like the students living campus life here. I felt that the cherry blossoms go well with the school buildings, not only in Japan but all over the world, so much so that I wanted to say, "Youth and cherry blossoms go together." #trip #sakura2024 #seattle
