The Republic of Korea is experiencing a poke craze! I visited Slow Cali in Yeonam-dong, which is at the center of it all. Since it is so popular, I had to wait here as well. It was a really delicious place that made the waiting worth it! I ordered three things: Hawaiian garlic shrimp, spicy salmon poke, and tuna poke! It wasn't too spicy, but just right! The sauce for this spicy poke was especially delicious. I also highly recommend this garlic shrimp! It's exactly the kind of taste that Koreans like.
