People from other regions may not be familiar with Seonsan Gopchang, but everyone in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and Gumi knows it. There used to be a Seonsan Gopchang place in Seongsu-dong, but as far as I know, there's only one in Seoul now. The spicy soup is impressive, with a pork tripe stew + kimchi stew flavor, and the combination of tripe and kimchi that is boiled and eaten, and the udon noodles that are added in the middle and the fried rice that is the finishing touch. The fried egg and kimchi pancake are unlimited refills, so the alcohol just flows down. This is a real soju snack.
