Search for Myeongdong food and you will see 🐽 "Miss Pig's Trotter/Myth Pig's Trotter", which specializes in eating pig's trotters and has a history of more than 30 years; so it can be regarded as the traditional Korean pig's trotter flavor⁉️ The restaurant's signature dish - Garlic Pork Knuckle. I ordered a medium size (for 2-3 people). It was quite filling! very! many! 😳 Don't order too much if you go with two people! Because the pig's trotter is really big, the medium size is already the smallest 🤣 The set meal comes with a pot of noodle soup and salad 🥗 Although the garlic pork trotter looks like it has a lot of minced garlic, the garlic flavor is not exaggerated or pungent, and the taste is just right. The pig's feet have been cut into small pieces, very convenient to eat! The meat is lean and the skin is a little tough, but it is flavorful enough 🥢 I recommend mixing the minced garlic and sauce together, the taste will be sweeter and more fragrant.
