Best in seoul

This was the best restaurant food we had in seoul. I was blown away by the Knife Cut Soup Noodles. Rich Soup Stock, chewy texture and fresh ingredients. Such simple dishes turned into masterpieces. No wonder every year this place retains the michelin star. The dumplings had a homely taste to it. Flavorful and natural fillings. There are only 4 dishes in this Michelin Restaurant but they are all good. The cold noodles and Spicy noodles can be a bit of acquired taste but worth a try.The service is very fast and impeccable. Ordering via vending machines tickets akin to Japanese Ramen shops. It's a popular place and gets crowded with a mix of swollen lipped, botox filled, brand new nosers and white as a ghost food loving creatures. #koreatrip
