[Seoul] Hotspot for young people ★ Seongsu-dong

#KoreaShopping2024 On the second day of my trip to Seoul, I went to Seongsu-dong, a hotspot that is a trend-setting place in Korea and popular among young people. After getting off at Seongsu Station on Subway Line 2, I immediately took a walk around the streets. There are rows of stylish cafes and shops that look like renovated old stores, and you can enjoy just looking at the storefronts. After walking for a while, I came across the Dior building that I often see on social media. There is a large object of a seahorse? It catches my eye. Everyone was taking pictures here. It is a stylish building made of inorganic concrete, and the store is in the basement, so I went down the stairs. There are staff members at each corner, such as perfume, balm, hand cream, and hand soap, and they will tell you anything you want. Moreover, the staff there were all-rounders who could speak both Japanese and English. Amazing! Amore Seongsu is the flagship store of Amore Pacific, a major Korean cosmetics manufacturer. Of course, you can purchase cosmetics and other products, but there is also an experience corner where you can get a skin diagnosis and a beauty class. I visited without making a reservation, so I just enjoyed shopping.
