Ginger Bear Café – Cozy Pastry Heaven

#seoultrip I’d only tried their pies as takeout before, but this was my first time dining in—and wow, the space is absolutely adorable! It has the warm, cozy charm of a little European café, and it felt so right for this season. Couldn’t stop taking photos! They offer a wide variety of pies, and I loved that there’s a built-in warmer above the display so everything stays perfectly warm. Of course, I had to start with their signature meat pie—the one that made me fall in love with this place! It’s packed with savory minced meat and mushrooms, making it super satisfying, even as a meal. The pastry is flaky and crisp on the outside, but still moist and buttery inside. Perfection. I also tried the new Mont Blanc pie, and it did not disappoint. The pastry layers were even crispier, and it was topped with a rich, sweet chestnut custard and homemade candied chestnuts. Every bite was a dreamy mix of texture and flavor—absolutely heavenly. Serious sweet fix right there!
