Enjoying the dinner course meal while looking at the night view of Yeouido and the Seoul city view on the 29th floor of Fairmont Seoul Hotel was even more perfect for a special day! ‘Mariposa’ means butterfly in Spanish, and the elegant interior design that looked like a butterfly spreading its wings on both terraces caught my eye. ⠀ 🍽️ Mariposa Degustation Dinner Course Review ✔️ We started off well with a delicious scallop dish with caviar! ✔️ The onion compote dish was even fresher because they cracked and added fresh eggs on top. If you don’t like boiled eggs, you can ask for them to be hard-boiled! ✔️ The ham, truffle, and comte cheese sandwich The two combinations went so well together, and the crispy texture was nice. ✔️ The grilled lobster was cooked just right, so I could enjoy the soft and deep flavor! ✔️ I ordered the main dish, domestic Korean beef 1++ sirloin, medium, and it had a rich meat juice, and when I ate it with coffee carrot hazelnut, I could enjoy a sweet and savory taste. ✔️ Just like the bread before the meal was so delicious, I had chocolate ice cream with chamomile tea as the last, so it was a neat Mariposa dinner course ❤️ I liked the fact that the dinner course was made with agricultural products directly airlifted from carefully selected domestic farms and seafood from Noryangjin Fish Market, and had a fresh and deep flavor. The atmosphere was good, and there was a cocktail bar on one side, so it seemed like it would be great for enjoying wine and cocktails!
