#chinatrip After waiting for several months, Bakehouse Shatin store finally opened before the New Year🎊 Opposite Uniqlo on the 1st floor of New Town Plaza🏢 The day after the opening, I didn't come right after the door opened. But I didn't expect to wait so long. I got a seat in about 20 minutes. There aren't many seats in the store compared to the Wan Chai store🪑 Moreover, the sense of space is affected by the floor restrictions in the shopping mall. The row of bars in front of the bakery is the most attractive. You can see the production process in the kitchen through the glass👨🏻🍳 Came here to try the limited edition mango sago pineapple bun and Shatin honey tangerine winter roll 🍘🍩 Unfortunately the donuts were just sold out and I had to wait for more than half an hour for the next round, so I had to eat while waiting🤥 The pastry set menu at Shatin store is very cheap, $80 includes two types of bread and coffee 🤑 The signature sour egg tarts are still delicious🍮 Strawberry Danish pastry is also delicious 🍓 The breakfast plate of herbed steak fried eggs with sourdough bread is also delicious🥩🍳🍞 The steak medium rare is just right, not too tough and has a strong meaty taste😋 The sourdough bread is very crispy. I ate one bite and I was already asking for takeaway.
