Sun Tin Wai Shopping Centre

Sun Tin Wai Shopping Centre is near the Che Kung Temple, so we visited the shopping centre after the Che Kung Temple during the Chinese New Year holiday. This is my first time visit Sun Tin Wai Estate and its shopping centre. The shopping centre looked like being refurbished and the atmosphere was vivid. Sun Tin Wai Estate is a public rental hosuing estate and the shopping mall was sold to private owner. Shops there were mainly selling daily necessities and convenience store. There was a market selling fresh vegetables and fruit at the shopping centre. The playground and basketball court at the mall was nicely designed with recreational and leisure facilities. The movable seats and outdoor facilitates created an harmonious environment where residents and visitors could relax, interact and play around. Such open space was so relaxing and the view was open which was suitable for holding events or leisure functions. Although it took 10 minutes walking from MTR Sha Tin Wai Station to Sun Tin Wai Shopping Centre and then a 5 minutes bus ride when leaving Sun Tin Wai Estate, it was worthy for such a leisure walk and wandering around the estate for fresh air and relaxing ourselves.
