Shatin MSG heavy fusion dishes 😞

                 —— 𝙆𝙞𝙠𝙪𝙨𝙖𝙣 🇯🇵🇨🇳 A restaurant that focuses on fusion dishes from Japanese tavern + Shanghai noodle shop Last Sunday I walked away from Shatin with my family to find something to eat at night I've eaten Kikusan in Causeway Bay once before and I thought it was good So this time I took my family to eat! The environment of kikusan in Shatin is also quite red as the main tone The decoration is more simple and decent, it feels more classy✨ Once seated the clerk was very polite and served the food quickly Wait a while and all the food will be served 🥩 Thin Grilled Pork Rice ($76) It was very fragrant when put down the onions were super extremely much But the thinly grilled pork was really thinly grilled Now the grilled dragon is as strong as dried pork The seasoning is very salty even with rice 🍜Dam Dan Ramen ($58) The soup is heavier and has a rich sesame sauce flavor. There will also be peanuts But not too spicy, eat the whole bowl will be a bit greasy 😞 The noodles are rather tender and absorb the soup 🐟Pine Nut Fish ($138) The portion is so small that it scares the whole family😂 Normal sweet and sour fish with sweet and sour sauce is very rare, nothing special is very unworthy 😞 🐖Spanish Black Pork Char Siu ($138) The portion is extremely small and the meat is very firm.. hard to bite and some burnt This outside of the restaurant / barbecue shop is still good food very disappointed 😞 🥬 Vegetable Soup Curry with Rice ($78) The soup coffee is good the vegetables inside are a piece of each is toasted quite fragrant and yummy The most satisfied is this☺️ 🍸Lemon Elderflower Soda (Contains Alcohol) ($42) (I can’t remember the name of this one).
