DingTeLe Shanghai, noodle heaven

Address - DingTeLe is located inside a community at 494 Middle HuaiHai Road in Shanghai. It's not easy to find as it's not on a main road, but you'll see the restaurant as soon as you step through the community gate. Ambiance/Facilities - The restaurant is small, but makes up for it by having more seats on different levels. The great thing about it is that you can dine here 24 hours a day, which makes it the perfect breakfast spot. The restaurant was even recommended by Michelin. Highlights - DingTeLe has all kinds of dishes such as fried pork chops and yellow croaker noodles, but the real star are the scallion noodles, called CongYouMian.
