Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai room tour I came for this golden Christmas tree and the room rate of over 700 after the Pudong consumption voucher. I checked in at Mandarin Oriental Pudong before Christmas and was upgraded to a Mandarin River View Room. The 01 corner room was sold out, so I was given the 03 room type. Some people say it is the floor of Mandarin Oriental, with a cramped lobby, a half-hour queue for check-in with no one to ask, potholes and bumps on the floor, and the lowest room rate in Lujiazui for the same level, as if to say so. Some people also say that it is still the standard of Mandarin Oriental after more than ten years of opening, with a Forbes five-star rating, the Oriental Pearl Tower outside the window with a river view, exquisite fans and room cards, very comfortable bedding, glass bottle drinking water, aluminum can body lotion, pineapple cake and chocolate delivered at night, all of which can be generously refilled, and they say no.
