As the note on the purchase screen says, early entry to the Zootopia area is not guaranteed, so be careful. The official app is required, so make sure you have it installed. You cannot purchase an early entry pass unless you link the 1-day ticket you purchased to the app. You need to link it. To get an early entry, it's best to arrive at the park by 6:30.
