I went in without any expectations and had a proper meal. ✔ Hongso Uyukmyeon – A rich broth with lots of large beef! As soon as you take a spoonful of the broth, the deep savory flavor spreads, and the noodles are chewy and delicious to chew. ✔ Cheongtang Uyukmyeon – It is a clear and light style, but the broth is clean but still has a subtle savory flavor. The beef is boiled softly and goes well with the broth. A restaurant that takes care of the cost-effectiveness with generous portions.
