Spring Outing with Parents in Shangrao in April 2024

⛰ [Attraction Guide] 🌟 Highlights: Leaving Huizhou and continuing south by car, we arrived at Shangrao, the third stop on our spring outing. Shangrao has the beautiful Sanqing Mountain and the quaint and beautiful Wuyuan. Because we had visited them before, we mainly visited Wangxian Valley this time. On the first day, we checked in to Yuexi Kaiyuan Guantang Hotel in Shangrao city to adjust from the fatigue of the journey. Unexpectedly, we encountered a fresh and elegant Chinese garden with winding paths and different scenery at every turn, which was refreshing. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and the lobby manager also considerately upgraded the room for free. Wangxian Valley is located in Wangxian Township, Guangxin District, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, adjacent to the main peak of Lingshan Scenic Area in the south, Sanqing Mountain in the north, Geluling in the northwest, Fangcun in the west, and Nanshan Village in the southeast, with a total area of 6.1 square kilometers. Attracted by the exquisite videos on the Internet, we came to Wangxian Valley the next day and stayed in a B&B in Wangxian Township. In the evening, the B&B owner took us to the entrance of the scenic area, and we started our Wangxian Valley trip. The scenic area is relatively large, but the roads up and down are not steep. There are many photo spots when the lights are on. Because it was not a holiday, there were a moderate number of tourists. Wangxian Valley is actually a tourist resort that has been built with huge investment and integrates eating, accommodation, and entertainment. 📌 Tips: The Wangxian Valley ticket discount policy is the same as other tourist attractions. The accommodation in Wangxian Valley is a cliff hotel, which can be booked on Trip.com, but the price is relatively high. The catering at Yuexi Kaiyuan Guantang Hotel is great, and it suits the taste of my parents who are from the south.
