Going to Shangri-La? This is the ONLY guesthouse I'd recommend!

Traveling to Shangri-La I stayed at a guesthouse that offered incredible value for money. Its simple yet elegant wabi-sabi aesthetic, combined with its prime location, left a lasting impression and wonderful memories. Here are a few highlights of my stay: 1. Breakfast, afternoon tea, welcome fruit, and goodnight desserts – each offering felt like a warm, thoughtful touch of home. 2. The guesthouse has its own parking lot, which is incredibly convenient for those driving. 3. Stepping outside puts you right in Dukezong Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the nearby sights and instantly switch into travel mode. 4. Napa Lake, a picturesque expanse of water, was the perfect spot for a spring outing to admire the flowers. I couldn't get enough of it. 5. Shangri-La Ancient Town felt like a fairytale world lost in time, with every corner exuding unique charm. And don't miss out on the local cuisine: 6. The yak hot pot is a must-try. The meat is tender and juicy, and every bite is unforgettable. 7. Shangri-La yogurt is the perfect blend of sweet and sour, a delightful treat for the taste buds. 8. Tibetan butter tea is fragrant and comforting, warming both the stomach and the heart. It made me feel right at home during my travels.
