Yueji--affordable Michelin one-star restaurant

My husband did a lot of research before leaving. He heard that this roast goose had been awarded one Michelin star and was very affordable. He didn’t expect the price to be so amazingly low! Roast goose: We ordered the Shang Zhuang (78RMB). Although there may be more delicious roast geese in Hong Kong, the price-performance ratio is high based on the portion. The 6 tubes on the left are hawthorn juice, which is used to relieve greasiness. Quick-fried Salted Egg Yolk Baked Pumpkin (38RMB): The signature dish in the Quick-fried series is actually pumpkin wrapped in salted egg yolk and deep-fried. We both thought it was just average. Original Shaking Chicken 2.0 (58RMB): My husband was surprised by everything except the chicken, especially the addition of radish, the sour and crispy taste was the finishing touch to the whole dish; I liked it very much (I love cold dishes and Taiwanese salted chicken) Snow Swallow Strawberry Smooth Tofu (16RMB): I think it's super delicious! Just like the almond tofu sold in Taiwan, add some strawberry jam and bird's nest on it, the taste is super love! Finally, a small reminder: @If you open the tissue box on the table, you will be charged 3RMB per box. @Tea seat 3RMB per person. This is a restaurant that my husband and I will encore again👍
