Songhelou Suzhou Style Noodles

Today I went to Songhelou in Yifang Tiandi in Shenzhen to try Suzhou noodles. This time I ordered a new dish called egg yolk, cheese and shrimp dry noodles, which is called lo mein in Hong Kong. It was also served with a small bowl of egg, seaweed and shrimp soup. The layout is very similar to Japanese food, after all, it has the same origins. The noodles are a little expensive, but Jiangsu cuisine is also unique. The taste is fresh, different from modern dishes that add a lot of chili peppers. It's worth a try. #Oneworld
