Shenzhen Baoan Yifangcheng Cai Lan Hong Kong Style Dim Sum

The store opened in August and is slightly smaller than other branches. The menu design is good, and the food mainly includes homemade Cantonese dim sum. The service is meticulous, with hot towels and free tangerine peel tea. In the afternoon, I had crab-like phoenix eye dumplings, lotus crisps, and mango glutinous rice steamed buns, all three of which are new dim sum. The lotus cakes are served with an introduction paper printed with Li Shangyin's poems, and the desserts are served with a small doll of Cai Lan as a souvenir. Among the three, the lotus pastry is the best, with a very crispy crust and two different fillings. The Phoenix Eye Dumplings also look similar, with a few crab roe on top and a good taste.
