Shenzhen Mission Hills Hard Rock Hotel Family Tour~

Taking advantage of the end of the summer holidays, today I took little Jamie and my family to stay at the Shenzhen Guanlan Lake Hard Rock Hotel This hotel has a perfect picture, it is located on the roof of Exit C of Guanlan Lake Metro Station and the shopping mall across the street is Guanlan Lake New Town Plaza with everything you want to eat Entering this hotel lobby is very gorgeous ~ the front desk full of people proving the popularity of this hotel! The check-in process was quite fast. Since our birthday was a few days later, the hotel specially arranged a birthday cake for us to be very courteous🎈 The front desk attendant Ace was friendly and helpful although today is not my official birthday But he did his best to arrange the cake for me he was really polite, very patient as the room cleaning takes time he helped us arrange a drink on the VIP floor While eating and waiting for the room to be ready and notifying us via WeChat Very courteous! Today we booked the double suite originally scheduled room due to the bathroom door failed to close ~ front desk manager Steven helped us upgrade the room to the little yellow duck parent-child suite The room is very clean There is a small tent in the room It's really perfect for kids to stay 👍🏻 Overall I would give this hotel a five-star rating Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen No. 9 Mission Hills Road, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province China)
