Shenzhen. Super delicious snail noodles.

Recently, I've become obsessed with snail noodles, but the cost-performance ratio in Hong Kong is too low. I happened to visit the Kingglory Plaza in Shenzhen, and found this Jiang Yicun Snail Noodles on the B1 floor. The restaurant is clean, with a literary style, and offers free lemon water and side dishes. I ordered a set meal for one person and an extra portion of fried tofu. The portion of the snail noodles is sufficient, and there are plenty of snails, which are genuine ingredients. The soup base is not too salty, and you can add an extra portion of rice noodles for two more yuan. The set meal also comes with a bowl of mung bean sweet soup, which tastes good. The fried tofu is super delicious, hot and crispy, with a burst of juice in every bite. I recommend eating it immediately after it's served for the best flavor.
