Bingsheng Private Kitchen has always been one of my favorite restaurants. This time when I came to Shenzhen Bay's Wanxiang Qianhai, there happened to be this restaurant, so we tried their lunch here. The restaurant's decoration is modern and elegant, creating a comfortable and stylish dining atmosphere. The seats are spacious, the waiters are friendly and thoughtful, and they pay attention to your needs from time to time. The dining process is very pleasant. As for the dishes, the dim sum is particularly outstanding. The exquisitely shaped exquisite snow pear dumplings have a crispy outer layer, sweet and non-greasy filling, and rich taste; the two-end black chopped meat buns have a soft outer layer and a fresh and juicy filling; the shrimp, mushroom and jade scallop crystal dumplings use shrimps and scallops, and both the toughness of the skin and the combination of fillings are of high standards. The main course, egg fried noodles in casserole, is rich in ingredients, with tender shrimp and a strong wok aroma; the grouper and tofu soup has a delicious broth, and the tofu is soft and tender, which complements the other ingredients. The last dessert, protein almond tea, has a delicate texture, rich fragrance and smoothness, which is the perfect end to this delicious meal.
