Visited the newly opened K11 in Shenzhen — my honest thoughts

#summervacay I guess they wanted to open before Labor Day, but many stores haven’t opened yet. Most shops are art galleries or boutique stores, and the decoration seems incomplete—shops look quite basic so far. There were a lot of people, and I couldn’t even find a spot to sit and rest. I was super thirsty and wanted to order a Bawang Chaji tea, but the queue had 200 people ahead, so I gave up and went to eat at the nearby Sea World instead. Honestly, the mall itself isn’t that interesting to browse, but the outdoor area is really nice—lots of people sitting on the grass, resting and taking photos. You can also enjoy the sea view and take beautiful pictures. There’s also a “Sea Wave Market” and many people brought their cats and dogs along! #discovercityspots #shenzhennewstore
