Secret garden along the riverside in Guanlan

This small garden area follows along a section of the Longhua river and is near a bridge crossing the river which leads to a large government building and two large hotels, one of which is the Grand Skylight International Hotel. The garden has many paths throughout it, leading to a number of small buildings and seating areas, there are many small stone statues, large carved rocks and different types of plants. One area has a thin type of bamboo and some palm trees, and there are many flowers and trees with winding criss crossed roots. The central flower garden has a large flag of China made of faux flowers among the flower beds. I particularly like the rock garden carved with ornate symbols and ancient characters. The garden is very shady even in the middle of the day as the trees and plants are very thick.
