[Shibata Town] Noodle Shop Yatsuboshi

I visited the restaurant around 11:15 on a Sunday in November. There was no one waiting, but since there were only two of us and only two counter seats were available, we waited outside for about 5 minutes before being ushered inside. My partner ordered a large serving of "pork soy sauce ramen" (free) for 900 yen, and I ordered a regular serving of "pork ramen" for 900 yen. The pork soy sauce ramen had a clear soup and thin, straight noodles, which were delicious. The pork ramen had thick noodles and soup like the Jiro style, but I felt that the soup was a little thin. The pork ramen had a lot of back fat, so next time I order it, I might order less back fat.
