Shina Soba Sawada is a ramen shop that is a little away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, where you can enjoy a bowl of traditional Chinese noodles updated to a modern style. It's a rainy day, so I was able to get in right away, but it seems that there is usually a line. The atmosphere of the shop is calm and clean, and it's easy for women to enter alone. The service is polite, and you can spend time facing the ramen itself at your own pace. Of course, they have regular ramen, but I chose the kombu water tsukemen. The first thing that surprised me when it arrived was the beauty of the noodles. Not only did they look good, but they also tasted great. It was delicious even with just salt. I ordered the wontons because I saw that they were delicious from word of mouth, and they were delicious with the shrimp flavor overflowing in my mouth.
