field trip at Sa morakot

Sa Morakot is located in Srimahosot district, Parachinburi province. We have got a campaign to study about hometown 's history, therefore we choose this place. It is an ancient Baray or a reservoir which made of cutting laterite stone. Itwas used for hindu ceremony in the past around 8th century A.D. or in Davaravati Piriod. Special point: There are a musuem and Buddha' s footprints which also made of laterite stone. As you see the blue water, people here believe this is a secred water. The faithful are welcome to fill sacred water in your bottle and take home. #history #holywater
