Phu Tok – tiring but totally worth it!

One of the places I really recommend — “Phu Tok Temple” or its full name is Wat Chetiyakiriwihan in Bueng Kan. Let me tell you, it’s not ordinary! The way up is a wooden bridge that circles the mountain on 7 levels, like walking up to heaven in Thai style. Your legs may be a little shaky, but the view from the top is so beautiful that you’ll forget how tired you are. You can see rice fields, forests, and mountains in 360 degrees. It’s perfect for both those who like to chill and those who like to make merit in one trip. But let me tell you, it’s not just about taking pictures. This place is quiet and peaceful, and it has a sense of Dharma in itself. You can really feel your mind become calmer (even though you’re covered in sweat). A few suggestions: • Bring good shoes.
