Brekkie at Bedrock Origin

#singapore My staycation at Oasia Resort Sentosa comes with breakfast at their restaurant Bedrock Origin. While the restaurant still limits guests to one main per pax despite many hotels providing buffet breakfast, the beverages are fortunately free flow. The mains that we had were quite substantial and of good quality. The nasi lemak was pretty with the blue coconut rice that came from the butterfly pea flowers, with sambal chilli that has a kick to it. The kaya toast and soft boiled eggs at the side were also delicious. The impossible steak and egg sandwich was unique as well. Do not miss the broccoli with mixed fruit juice, as it was freshly squeezed instead of the usual packet juices. A bowl of fresh cut fruits was given to each guest.
