Recently dined at Frying Fish Club (FFC) and was blown away by their Japanese-inspired fish & chips! Instead of the traditional cod or haddock, Frying Fish Club takes it up a notch by using shiro maguro, also known as white tuna. This choice of fish brings a delightful twist to the classic dish, infusing it with a fresh and distinctive flavour that sets it apart from the rest. It was also my first time trying spicy fish & chips made with Sichuan spice! Their fried calamari also paired super well with the fish & chips.
