#earthdayjourney Had an absolutely delightful meal at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao in Changi Airport, all thanks to Priority Pass! I redeemed a free meal and was genuinely impressed by both the food quality and the service. I ordered the wonton in chili oil to start — and wow, it was packed with flavor. The wontons were tender and juicy, and the chili oil had just the right amount of heat, perfectly balanced with a savory, umami kick. Easily one of the best chili oil wontons I’ve had at an airport (or even outside of one). For the main course, I went with the sweet and sour fish with rice, which came with a side of braised bamboo shoots. The fish was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, coated in a vibrant sauce that was tangy, slightly sweet, and seriously addictive. The bamboo shoots added a nice earthy contrast and rounded out the dish beautifully. The whole experience felt like a proper sit-down restaurant meal rather than something you’d expect during a quick airport stopover. Comfortable seating, quick service, and high-quality food — all complimentary with Priority Pass. Definitely worth making time for if you’re flying through Changi.
