Creating birthday memories

#winhkflight Celebrated a special day with Village Hotel Bugis. As the hotel name suggests, it is located in the Bugis precinct, known for its art and heritage scene, together with options for cafe hopping and shopping. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, hence it is easy to get to and around Bugis too. While the room is dated with signs of wear and tear, it is clean and spacious; big enough to accommodate the three single beds without feeling claustrophobic. The staff who checked us in was friendly and helpful, acceding to our requests and addressing our questions, and even personally came up to our room to deliver the birthday cake with a smile. I was also glad that the room comes with a view of Bugis itself.
