I stay at a lot of hotels every year for business trips and vacations. This time, I stayed at the Hilton Singapore Orchard for 2 days. I felt completely different. Although it is in a busy area, it is very quiet. The room has a view of greenery and the sea. The afternoon tea at Ginger.Lily is perfect for a small gathering with friends, but it is very popular, so remember to book in advance. 📝 The atmosphere at the all-day buffet restaurant Estate is great. It is a popular place for dinner gatherings, and the food is varied. There is foie gras made to order, freshly shucked oysters, seafood, melon and ham, and more. The laksa, creamy shrimp, and black pepper crab are also delicious. 👍🏻 Finally, we went to the only Asian branch of the Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza from Los Angeles, which specializes in Italian cuisine. Love sticks are Italian prosciutto wrapped around breadsticks, served with truffle butter. The chef made a Margherita pizza in front of us, and the aroma of the pizza made me feel like I was on the Mediterranean coast. 🍕
