Viral Italian pasta bar

Scarpetta is a newly open Italian pasta bar located at Tanjong pagar, I saw many people were talking about how crazy is the queue because they only accept walk-in. This restaurant only opened at 6pm but people already started to queue before 5pm! I came here to queue at 5:10pm and i was lucky to secure the last seat for the first seating! 😱 The staffs here are all very friendly and their sparking water is on the house. We ordered a bone marrow toasts and blue mussels for appetiser and both were delicious especially the bone marrow toasts! The bread was nicely toasted and the bone marrow was super creamy, the sauce of the blue mussels was nice as well but it’s not mind blowing. We ordered 2 pastas and both were delicious!! The Cacio e Pepe was so creamy and love the pasta noodles, it’s chewy and nice. The guanciale was so good, so fatty and tasty. The bone marrow ravioli looks beautiful, and it tasted beautiful as well. You can ask them for free toast after you’re done with your pasta so that you can “clean” the plate with the toast, honestly it was the best part of the meal! We ordered a Tiramisu to end our meal, oh gosh that was delicious!! You just have to come down to try it yourself
