Explore the Wonders of Gardens by the Bay in Singapore

My special forces trip to Singapore left me with unforgettable memories of Gardens by the Bay! This iconic destination features two massive futuristic structures, the "Flower Dome" and "Cloud Forest," which are the largest columnless greenhouses in the world. It's a visual feast that will leave you in awe. Despite having done my research and prepared myself mentally, witnessing it in person was a breathtaking experience that left me exclaiming how beautiful it was. Here's my guide to Gardens by the Bay: ☁️ Cloud Forest: The Singapore government invested heavily in creating this marvel, which boasts the world's tallest indoor waterfall. It's filled with thousands of tropical plants, creating a mystical atmosphere reminiscent of the Land of Oz. I recommend visiting around dusk to experience the enchanting beauty of this futuristic sky garden. 🌸 Flower Dome: Known as the "world's largest glass greenhouse," it showcases plants from five continents, with seasonal themes and floral displays. I visited in late March during the cherry blossom season (March 22 - April 21), and it was a delight to see the vibrant cherry blossoms and Japanese-themed landscapes, including torii gates and the Golden Pavilion, all indoors. ⛲️ Fantasy Garden: This smaller exhibit features a variety of fantastical flowers inspired by fairy tales and the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. The cave-like spaces and exquisite driftwood carvings are art pieces in themselves, perfect for capturing fairy-like photos. ❣️ Both the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome are located within Gardens by the Bay. Individual tickets cost 40 SGD, while a combo ticket for both is 53 SGD. I visited in the evening, taking my time to explore and photograph the sights. There's also a Supertree light show every night at 7:45 PM and 8:45 PM. Each exhibit is fascinating, and you don't have to visit all of them at once.
