Although the space is tiny, they have an impressive selection of homemade bakes that looked as though they’re made in a Parisian fine-dining restaurant! 🤩 Sarah, who is a graduate from 𝘓𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘰𝘯 𝘉𝘭𝘦𝘶 Australia, makes all of them by hand! The bakes are a sure winner just from presentation alone! We had the 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶 𝗖𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲, which is like a lemon meringue, just not as sour and have a light fluffy texture.
