Within the Tanglin neighbourhood lies a colonial historic site called Phoenix Park that serves as an ex-British secret service base. Fast forward to today, the only service we’re getting from there now are some specialty brews and homemade fresh bakes. 🥐 Don on your favourite summer dress and bask in the sunlight out on the open lawn outside the café! ☀️ If you’re looking for the complete experience, you can borrow a picnic mat from the friendly team. 🧺 The space isn’t air-conditioned, but the indoors is fairly ventilated with ceiling fans. All of their bakes are freshly made in-house, comprising of savoury quiches and artisanal cakes. The pastries are sold in sets of 3 at just $12, which is really affordable considering the effort to make them! 😬 The 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 is slathered with sweet coffee cream on top.
